Description





 Together with the spacious garden, the thatched cottage and the outbuilding form a unified ensemble. The developed usage concept aims to preserve the buildings in their evolved character while renovating, converting, and partially extending them to meet the future requirements of holiday accommodation.

The thatched cottage is intended to accommodate a holiday apartment with two bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

For the severely damaged and heavily altered outbuilding, a revitalization as a weekend retreat for the owners is planned. In addition, the building will house the technical and utility rooms serving the entire property.
